This Privacy Policy sets out the commitment of BEHAVIOUR HELP Pty Ltd (ABN 74612728275), successors and assignees (referred to as we, us and our) to protecting the privacy of your personal information collected through this website app.behaviourhelp.com (Site), the BEHAVIOUR HELP mobile application (App) or directly from you, being the person, organisation or entity that uses our Site, App or services (referred to as you or your).

If you access our Services on behalf of an Eligible Participant, you represent to us that you are that participant’s correspondence nominee (and in which case the terms you or user refers to the Eligible Participant), and if you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement you must.

Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

The Behaviour Help App includes AI-powered features that analyse user-inputted data (e.g., incident reports, behaviour tracking forms) to generate suggested strategies, de-escalation guidance, and behavioural summaries. These AI features help create personalised, data- driven Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA) and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Plans.

Data Processing and AI

AI-generated outputs are based solely on the information the user provides. The app does not access external databases or predictive modelling beyond the user's input. Users are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated recommendations.

Data Storage and Security with AI Systems

All AI data processing occurs within secure environments. We do not use any user data to train external AI models. Data is stored in compliance with Australian Privacy Laws and relevant international frameworks.
